D'Urville House is located in the seaside settlement of Kina Beach, between the popular Mapua Village and Motueka township.  Here, you will find yourself surrounded by the sea, farming, native bush and bird life, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Within a 2km radius you will find the Tasman Great Taste Cycle Trail, the Tasman Golf Course  and the Kina Cliffs vineyard cellar door.  These are just a few of the reasons to pick D'Urville House for your escape.   Also onsite is Kina Beach Beauty where you can book a relaxing treatment after a day of exploring.

​Guests will enjoy the privacy of our ground floor apartment, situated to catch the morning sun.  The large unit comprises a double bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchenette.   Views of the sea are enjoyed from the bedroom, kitchen and outdoor seating area.   

​Provisions are provided for a continental breakfast which you prepare yourself at your leisure.  These include homemade muesli, yoghurt, fresh fruit, bread, croissants and free range eggs.  Evening platters and picnic lunches, made to order, are also available at an additional cost to make it even easier to relax and enjoy what Tasman as to offer.

Rates, Terms and Conditions

• Maximum occupancy is 2 adults

• Check-in time is from 2pm

• Check-out by 11am

• 2 nights minimum stay (please enquire if you only require a single night as we may be able to accommodate this subject to availability)

• Seasonal rate from $150 per night for 1-2 people (includes breakfast).

• 7.5% discount applied for stays of 7 or more consecutive days.

• A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remainder required in full 14 days prior to arrival.  Payment methods available are:  Mastercard,  Visa or Internet Banking.

• You may cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival.  After this time cancellation will result in the forfeiting of the full booking fee.
